This tool provides access to data and maps related to the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) Rule. The AFFH Rule is a regulation established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to help communities receiving HUD funding identify and address patterns of housing discrimination and segregation. The eGIS tool allows users to access data on a range of topics, including demographics, housing, and transportation, and to create maps to help understand patterns of housing segregation and discrimination in their communities.
