This report identifies community resiliency factors that can be incorporated into opioid use disorder (OUD) prevention programs. It also acts as a starting point for healthcare providers and tribal and urban Indian community providers to improve the access to and quality of care for community members facing an array of challenges due to discrimination, stigma, and contextual issues.
