Overturn Right to Work Laws that Block Unionizing

27 states have laws that say workers do not have to become union members to get or keep a job. These workers can choose to join the union, but cannot be forced to. They cannot be fired for not paying union dues. A 2020 study showed that right to work laws can increase economic inequality by reducing the power of workers. Overturning these laws would mean that workers could be required to join the union as part of their job.
