This interactive web-based mapping tool allows users to combine, analyze, and display information. This tool has various applications, including Community HealthView, which shows various social, behavioral and health measures; the 500 Cities Mapper, which shows health estimates for 500 US cities; the Population Health Mapper, which maps the RWJ County Health Rankings data; the ACO Explorer, which compares Quality Scores for more than 200 Accountable Care Organizations; and Map My Data, which allows users to add their own data to the map.
