Provider Bias in Contraceptive Counseling

This journal article explores a study on how provider bias manifests in patient-provider interactions and influences contraceptive counseling. Results showed that clinicians often viewed a patient’s race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and age as primary challenges when providing contraceptive counseling.
