This webinar shares collaborative work on community health using surveys, state health improvement processes, and public health accreditation to drive community assessments. Examples of initiatives are used to show how to involve community needs in assessment and the utilization of community benefits processes. It forecasts goals and challenges for conducting CHNA. The webinar discusses the importance of sharing assessment processes, including social determinants of health, and utilizing health improvement toolkits.
