This health impact assessment evaluates the potential health, social, and criminal justice impacts of continuing or discontinuing the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (DPH) Second Chance Women's Re-Entry Court (WRC) program. The WRC program offers mental health, substance abuse treatment, housing, employment, and family services to women facing felony charges or probation violations.
